Kasenov Markhabat Melisbekovich in the research subject of RIBSP is a specialist in the development of tools and methods for epizootological monitoring, diagnosis, specific prevention and diagnosis of animal epizootic diseases.
Markhabat Kassenov is the scientific supervisor and the responsible performer of several projects of targeted scientific and technical programs at RIBSP.
He was trained in the United States (organized by the Center for Veterinary Biological Preparations of the Inspection Service for Animal Production and Plant Production of the Department of Agriculture), College of Veterinary University of Iowa (2005), All-Russian Research Institute of Animal Health in Vladimir (2006), Scientific Research Institute of Influenza in St. Petersburg (2008) and NIBSC in London, United Kingdom (2012).
He participated in international meetings and conferences in Washington (2009), Debre Zeyit (2011), Dubai, United Arab Emirates (2014), Geneva (2016) and Baltimore, USA (2018).

In 2016, Nurpeisova A.S. entered the doctoral program at the Kazakh National Agrarian University through integration, according to the state educational order.
